a Venezuelan company, that was created in order to make chemical agents, to lend advising and technical service for industrial water treatments such as: systems of cooling, systems of steam generation, efluentes and potable water; also for processes of sugar talents, of cements, pulp and paper, which was oriented to the attention of the private and oil industrial sector, whose work has been to the service of important national and international companies.
The company was founded on the year of 1,984, by a group of chemical engineers of Venezuelan nationality. The Board of directors of the company, decided for reasons of strategic nature of trade and sale in the year of 1993, a change in the trade name from where its present denomination

C.A., fulfilling its policies of expansion designed a project of Environmental Laboratory, which was started up and at the present moments it counts on teams of high technology, professional personnel highly described and the approval by the Ministry as Atmosphere and the Renewable Resources, to make analysis of efluentes according to decree 883, referred to the norms for the classification and the liquid control of the quality of the water Bodies and spills or efluentes; also it counts on the approval of the Ministry of Health and social Attendance to make bacteriological Physical-Chemistry analysis and in white waters.
