TEC LABORATORY, C.A., is directed by a President, a Manager General, and integrated by four (4) Average Managements that is to say: Management of Industrial Water Treatment, Management of Environmental Laboratory, Management of Operations and Management of Administration.
This lideriza unit the board of directors of the company, which is responsible to establish the objectives and goals to short and medium term, as well as the allocation of the resources required by each one of the departments, reporting in direct form to this unit, the general management.
This unit represents the Direction of the company and this integrated by (1) a General Manager, to who they report four (4) average managements directly.
Management of Chemical Treatments |
This unit is responsible to plan and to coordinate the workings to be developed to commercialize the chemical agent distribution for Systems of Cooling, Systems of Steam Generation, potable water and efluentes, at national and international level.
This unit of work represents the responsible department to develop the quality of made products, which must like its main functions coordinate and execute all the pertinent workings to the manufacture in each stage: heavy of the raw materials, mixed and packaged; for which it tells on personnel described for the accomplishment as the inherent activities each stage, to establish the program of maintenance of the required equipment to guarantee the continuity of the operations; as well as to coordinate the activities of inspection of made products.

This unit of work represents the department that diagnoses and controls process made them by the production department. Also it offers to the industrial sector and community in general, the services of analysis and tests Physical-Chemistry and Microbiolˆ„gicos.

This unit of work represents the rationalizing department of the technical, financial and human resources required for the manufacture of products and the benefit of the services of laboratory, which has the responsibility to plan, to coordinate and to execute all the inherent workings to the sections: Human resources, Purchases, Supplying and Finances.
